  SUGARLOAF  Spaceship Earth  (Liberty,1971) - Prog/Psychedelic rock       This is SUGARLOAF's second album released in 1971. The big change is the addition of vocalist and guitarist Bob Yeazel and this was a significant move as he composed almost everything on this album. The debut certainly had it's share of cover songs so i'm sure he was brought in to create some original material. There's a completely different vibe to this record compared to the debut where we got a lot of jamming. Shorter tracks here with almost a countryish / West coast thing happening.   POCO  Deliverin'  (Epic,1971) - Country rock      Across  its  brisk 39 minutes,  Deliverin’  maintains a lighter touch than harder blues-leaning rockers of that era, consistently pushing vocal harmonies higher thanks to Schmit’s and Furay’s ease at slipping into falsetto head tones.   CLIMAX BLUES BAND  Shine On  (Sire,1978) - Rock       Shine On  stylistically isn't that much different than  Gold Plated ,  Rich Man ,  Sense of Direction , or  Stamp Album , as it features a nice mix of breezy pop tunes, upbeat funk, a little blues, and a smattering of rock & jazz.   CARLOS SANTANA  Havana Moon  (CBS,1983) - Rock       Havana Moon  is Carlos Santana's Tex-Mex album. Granted, the pairing of this Latin-rock guitarist with a Texas-based blues band like the Fabulous Thunderbirds is not an image that would readily come to most people's minds when they thought of Tex-Mex music. But for Santana, who grew up in Tijuana listening to the likes of Bobby Bland and Jimmy Reed, a song like Bo Diddley's "Who Do You Love" is as much a part of his musical background as a traditional Spanish ballad like "Vereda Tropical," and both of those tunes are included on this LP. More to the point, Santana connects several disparate strains with remarkable ease. "Who Do You Love," for example, uses the same nasty shuffle beat as Diddley's original 1956 recording but mixes in an underpinning of Latin percussion that doesn't so much change the beat as enhance it.           Born in the town of Espoo, Finland, Janne Wirman began playing the piano at the age of five. For most of his early life he focused his style on jazz, switching his main interest to heavy metal music once he joined the metal band Children of Bodom in 1997.        Throughout most of his career, Janne relied on the Korg X5D keyboard to play live, although he only uses it as a master MIDI controller - the synth rack/module setup he's controlling onstage has varied. Janne's lead sound was crafted by Jens Johansson. It's a Korg Polysix emulation patch Jens made for the JV1080.        Janne has had bad experiences with sponsor deals. He had deals with both Roland Scandinavia and Korg in the past and was promised new equipment, but he never received anything.
